AI and high performance computing systems are regulated. Services are only available in jurisdictions that comply with U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR), and International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Australian Defence Export Controls (DEC).
Comply with all laws relevant to your activity on the Platform. These include, but may not be limited to, All laws relating to your activity in the United States, the jurisdiction(s) where you or your company are registered and the jurisdiction(s) where you or anyone you authorise is registered or uses the Platform from, as well as the jurisdiction(s) which you allow the Platform to process or store data for you in.
Do not do anything that interferes with the operation of the Platform or interferes with other users of the Platform.
Do not bypass, circumvent or attempt to defeat or relax in any way any rate limiting mechanisms of the Platform, including by creating additional accounts or scripts/code.
Do not decompile or reverse engineer any element of the Platform.
Do not use any part of the Platform to build a competing Platform.
Do not use the Platform to circumvent any other provider's restrictions or policies that you have agreed to or launch any attack, including DDOS, spam or other broad or narrow, against any target.
Do not use the Platform in a way that will harm the reputation of Strong Compute by leading to lower domain reputation or inclusion on spam blacklists, downranking Strong Compute on search engines or leading to Strong Compute’s network traffic being deprioritised.
Do not attempt to access the Services from any jurisdiction that would not comply with Restricted Use.
Do not give logins, credentials or any form of access or access device for the Platform assigned to you to anyone else.
Only grant access to the Platform to others in your organisation who can comply with this AUP and only use the appropriate mechanisms to enable additional users and never by sharing credentials.
Immediately notify us at legal@strongcompute.com if you have any reason to believe or suspect your credentials for using the Platform have been compromised or used in any unauthorised way.
You must notify us if your use of the Platform requires specific commitments from us such as DPA for GDPR, or additional safeguard certainties for HIPAA, PKI, COPPA or other compliance framework.
You agree to indemnify Strong Compute against any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from any activity in violation of this Acceptable Use Policy. All indemnification terms are governed by and subject to the terms and conditions outlined in our Terms of Service.
We reserve the right to determine, at our sole discretion, what constitutes unacceptable use of our services and a violation of the AUP. Actual or suspected violations of the AUP may lead to suspension or termination of access to our services, along with potential legal action, and other remedies, such as freezing prepayments to cover indemnification of repercussions, deletion or archiving of any or all data and other information related to your usage of the Platform. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with the AUP to maintain uninterrupted service.
